We don’t have any Termination fees, but we are not liable to refund if you cancel your subscription before its official ending date.
Can I use my domain name with WizShops?
Yes, you can use your own domain name with WizShops. If you have an existing domain name, you can connect it to WizShops from your shop’s admin. If you don’t have a domain name yet, you can buy one from a third-party provider. If you’d like assistance with obtaining your own domain name and connecting your shop, our success managers offer a domain building and integration service.
Can I create an Online Shop without knowing how to code?

In what countries can I use WizShops?
Your WizShops store can be accessed from any country worldwide and customers can make and complete orders from anywhere*. However, our E-payment and Order delivery services are currently only available in UAE. We will expand our services in other countries soon.
Which languages does WizShops support?
The customer interface of your online shop on WizShops, including eCommerce platform, checkout, etc. are currently available in English, with Arabic Language support for the storefront and product details.
However, the admin panel/control panel is currently available in English only.
Selling on WizShops
What do I need to start selling on WizShops?
To create your store on WizShops, you just need three legal documents:
- Valid Trade License
- Valid emirates ID
You can get started by registering on WizShops.com. Simply Register and subscribe to a suitable package, get your products that you want to sell and your shop will be ready.
One of our Account manager’s will contact you to assist you in making your shop ready to sell.
Where can I sell with WizShops?
WizShops lets you sell almost anywhere your customers are, including online platforms social media. We provide support to sell your products on following platforms:
- Online Shop
- Google Shop
What happens when I receive an order?
Depending on your preferences, you’ll receive an email notification every time you receive an order.
By using WizExpress, you need to confirm the order, and pack the products. WizExpress heroes will visit your preferred location to pick-up and deliver the order to your customer.
Can I sell anything on my WizShops Shop?
You can sell anything on your online shop as long as it’s safe, legal, not prohibited in your market, and is shelf stable (groceries, food items, and medicines cannot be shipped through WizExpress)
How long it takes to start?
The infrastructure and selected layout of your store are available to you immediately following subscription. The sooner you can build your store to your liking, the sooner you will be able to start selling!
Payments on WizShops
When can I get my payments?
We will collect the payments from your customers and make a bank transfer to your bank account every two weeks.
What is the currency used for your payments?
The currency used across all transactions on WizShops.com, inclusive of payout, is UAE Dirham.
Is there any Online Payment Fees?
Yes, for each transaction that is made on your shop, we charge a certain percentage of the total order amount from our merchants depending on the category. The transaction fee is limited to the merchants and is not transferred to the customer.
Shipping with WizShops
Do I need to ship orders myself?
No, you don’t need to ship orders yourself. We will handle delivery for all your orders with premium delivery service and at a super competitive price. However, you will be responsible for packing your product in a safe package that our drivers will pick up.
What is WizExpress delivery rejected orders policy?
By using WizExpress, we charge the delivery cost on the successfully delivered orders, and we will handle the returns of your rejected customer orders.
What is the WizExpress delivery orders return policy?
You will define your customer orders return policy for your own store. WizExpress fees for return delivery will be applicable.
Can I use my own shipment service?
WizShops provides all our merchants with competitively priced and seamlessly integrated delivery service through WizExpress, which is exclusively provided to all merchants by default.

How can I use the admin control panel?
We have developed an extremely user-friendly admin panel. The help pages on Wiz Knowledge Base provide you with all the manuals, visual content, and training material that will guide you through the entire process of creating, branding and operating your store.
Also, our account management team will always be there to assist you for any inquiry or help in shop management.
Can I update the product details by myself later?
Sure, through your admin panel, you will have full access to your online shop, where you can update the inventory and products available and selling prices.
